RESERVATION POLICY

One night stay - 100% of total due at reservation Two or more nights stay - 50% of total due upon reservation. Remaining balance due upon arrival. Holiday Weekend - 100% of total due upon reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If deposit is not made within 14 days of reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and rent the site to another camper.
• Cancellations made 14 days prior to reserved date will be refunded, less one night.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to reserved date will not be refunded.
• Holiday weekends are not refundable. Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Speed Limit is 5 mph throughout campground.
• All visitors must register at office. Your should meet all visitors at store and register with management. They will not be allowed to enter gates without a visitor pass. All day visitors are to leave by 9:00 PM.
• Quiet Time is 10: PM - Strictly Enforced.
• Please respect your neighbors and do not cut through sites.
• Sites are to be kept clean and neat at all times.
• Campfires are to be kept in the fire rings. Please never leave fire unattended. Please make sure fire is completely extinguished before retiring for the night. Do not move fire rings.
• Do not cut down any trees, shrubs of any sort for firewood. This is available at the store.
• No clotheslines allowed.
• Please do not move picnic tables.
• Pets - 2 per site. Please pick up after your pets. Do not leave pets unattended. Quiet time for pets is 24 hours a day. All animals need to be on a leash!!!
• No liquid wastes shall be allowed to accumulate on ground surface. Gray water shall be discharged into a suitable container and then emptied at the dumping station.
• Do not drive over or park on the grass on the campsites.
• Please clean site before leaving.
• Garbage - Please leave all trash in barrels until full. Then place at end of site and we will do removal of trash once a day.
• Playground Rules - Any child under the age of 5 must have adult supervision.
• Pool Rules - Anyone under 18 will be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty. No running on pool deck, rough-housing, pushing, or shoving in pool or out of pool area. No diving allowed. Please be considerate of your surroundings when in pool.
• Children are to be on sites at dusk. No riding of bicycles after dark.
• Alcohol permitted on site only. Any drunken behavior, drinking off site, fighting or extensive noise is cause for eviction.
• Drug use is not tolerated as this is a family campground.
• Smoking - please clean up after yourself.
• No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks of any kind are allowed.

IMMEDIATE EVICTION FOR:
Drugs, Excessive Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, Loud and Vulgar Language, Under-Age Drinking

Rules and Regulations are subject to change at the discretion of management

This property is privately owned and operated. The management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises without a refund if the rules are not obeyed. We will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Camp at your own risk. Management assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, property loss or damage.
